Danie Botha has been part of Wessels & Smith Inc for more than two decades and was appointed as a director in 2004. He obtained his LL.B degree from the University of the Free State in 2000 and his LL.M in Commercial Law from the same university in 2001. He is also admitted as a conveyancer and notary public.

His areas of focus include conveyancing, bond registrations, notarial bonds, commercial agreements, deceased estates, wills, estate planning, commercial law, mining law, trust law, servitudes and the notarial execution of mining and prospecting rights.
